Red Binder
Immigration and estate planning workflow. The hardest paperwork of someone's life, made navigable.
The problem
The family with the green-card renewal, the citizenship filing, the parent-petition, the fiancé visa. The parents in their 60s with three kids and no will. The recently-divorced person who needs to update beneficiaries. The small-business owner with no succession plan. The cousin in Mexico trying to come to the U.S. for a wedding and a stack of forms that looks impossible.
The paperwork is the hardest paperwork most people will ever fill out. The decisions inside it are the most consequential. The current state of the art is a manila folder, a portal that logs you out, and a lawyer who is six weeks behind on email.
The harness
In design. The shape: a workflow that names every form, every deadline, every supporting document, every signature, every notarization — and remembers them. The hardest paperwork of someone's life, made navigable. Not started yet.
The result
To be written. The case study lands when the build does.
